Expiration Updates are currently delivered via eMail on the schedules established for each customer and on special occasions for the installation of new CPUs or Disaster Recovery (DR) testing site(s) as needed.

 

Expiration warning messages commence in the last month of authorization, aka "the expiration month.," if updates have not been applied.

 

Regardless of a customer's schedule, their expiration updates are sent two weeks before the expiration month ... specifically to avoid ever seeing an expiration warning.

 

An Expiration Update is also required for any FREE TRIAL Proof Of Concept (POC) testing period.  We are happy to provide one to anybody who wishes to learn what modern, fast and efficient software can do for their CASS and Presort needs.
